General Comment:

I Have Had numerous bad expierences with our credit information and spent much
time letter writing and calling creditors and reporting agencies to resolve issues.
the result is that I wore out and gave up,and accepted higher interest rates.
Today as I apply to refinance, I have an erroneous -1,300.00 loan balance, with no
payment due and no record of payments made, and no luck finding the people
who report it.to ask for it's removal? How can they get away with this? It Baffles
my Mortgage agent, however, the loan people still require it to be paid off.RIP
OFF. With no government to go to, I'm stuck. Is this America?
