Subject: Comment to Proposed Rule for "Effective Date"

I am commenting to the proposed rule changes to the Official FDIC Sign and Advertising of FDIC Membership as it relates to the Effective Date. It may be best to propose the final rule to be effective twelve months after publication in the Federal Register due to some organizations having printed inventory in storage that may not be used within the six month time frame.
