Subject: Docket Number OP-1227

Dear Sirs:

I strongly oppose the Interagency Proposal on the Classification of Commercial Credit Exposures. This would be very detrimental to our small, $23 million dollar asset bank. Our internal methods for analyzing credit risk is more than sufficient for both us and our examining authorities with our level of classifications below 2% of capital. Ultimately any cost of more regulation will be paid by our customers which would also not be a positive thing.  Thank you for giving my concerns attention.

Sincerely,

Jay R. Rehnstrom
