"if it is not broken why fix it". The proposed changes of special mention, substandard and doubtful works for all community banks that I have knowledge. Why have a new system that will be more complex and burdensome on smaller instutitions. If it is a problem with a $1 Billion Bank apply a new rating system to them. Sir, we are over regulated now....Please reconsider your proposed changes. Sincerely
