Thank goodness someone is finally getting some common sense!  We had the displeasure of opening a supermarket branch (in a supermarket that was less than 10 years old and a former branch bank office of another bank) and the slowest part of the process was obtaining clearance from our State Historical Society!  What a farce—thanks for addressing this problem.
