Gentlemen Re RIN 3064-AC50:
I am very disturbed by the impending rule change regarding the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations. If this occurs, it will unquestionably
hurt rural communities across the United States, especially communities
that have been historically marginalized by economic and other
forces. Please do not adopt this rule.
