Gentlemen:
I strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community
Reinvestment Act regulations. In my opnion. it will really undermine
rural communitie. Please do not adopt this rule.
As a client advocate at a non-profit agency that serves the
low-income population in Rock County, WI I believe that this rule could
cause harm to those in our community.
