Dear Mr. Feldman,

I would like to take this opportunity to state that " rural banks are not doing enough in supporting community development" and particularly in housing for low and moderate income families. I strongly urge the FDIC to require local banks publish their CRA annual report into the local news media. Wells Fargo is a culprit that uses its nation wide rating and does nothing locally. That is a crying shame.

I oppose the proposed rule changing the CRA regulations. This will continue to undermine or rural counties and their communities.
