This proposed change requiring the financial institution to retrieve its quarterly certified statement electronically would place an added burden on the financial institution staff. This change would remove the responsibility of the FDIC to send us the statement and place that responsibility on the bank staff. In a small bank we currently have to many responsibilities and to shift the responsibility from the regulator to the bank would be irresponsible.
