I support the proposal.
I also strongly recommend that the FDIC notify all insured depository institutions via e-mail of the availability of the quarterly certified statement invoice at FDICconnect.
This would be consistent with the FRB notifying banks and holding companies that it is time to file FR Y-9SP or FR Y-8
