I urge you NOT to change the definition of a small bank by CRA standards.
Burbank Housing Development Corp. has spent 20 years building critical
relationships with our local independent commuity banks in efforts to build
local affordable housing. We have all been successful! The local bankers
have tremendous commitment to community as does BHDC. Please do not change
rules which will undoubtedly cause their focus/efforts to be diverted,
causing funding sources for affordable housing in the Sonoma County
community to become more scarce.
