I strongly oppose the proposed rule changes in the Community Reinvestment Act (RIN 3064-AC50). This action will do harm to rural communities.

Please consider that rural communities like ours are already struggling to adapt to economic changes. These changes will make it more difficult to maintain rural vitality.
