To whom it may concern:
Changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations to apply only
banks with assets over $2 billion is a serious mistake. Without banks of
that size in this state, there will be no banks in Arizona required to
comply with CRA. Do not change the rules. We need community reinvestment
and the CRA is one of the most important tools for mandating these
practices.
