Subject: Proposed Amendments to the Community Reinvestment Act Regulations

After review of the proposed rules to amend the Community Reinvestment Act
regulations, I agree with this change. The proposal of changing the
definition of a "small institution" would certainly reduce the burden of
myself and others that deal with CRA. I feel the change would not change
the overall effectiveness of the regulation.
