Re: Proposed Charges to Community Reinvestment Act

As a small bank, in a rural community, any change to Regulations that would improve the Regulatory Burden would be greatly appreciated. The specific part of the proposal to change small banks to assets of less than $500 million without regard to holding companies assets would be a tremendous help to small banks across the country.

It would be a nice change to not have a Regulation completely re-worked for the changes that are being proposed.
