Dear Mr. Feldman,

As an Economic Development Professional, I have seen Community Reinvestment decline in the last several years. The CRA was adopted to commit funding for small or big. As you know, banks have continually disenfranchised the poor since the inception of the banking industry. By proposed ruling change to the CRA regulations, low-income people will continue to be forced without housing and other critical needs.

I vigorously oppose the proposed rule changes to the CRA regulations. The proposed changes will have a very negative impact on the low-income to no-income families.
