I am in support of an increase in the threshold for CRA inclusion but not a capitalization of 1Billlion. It should be adjusted for the rate of inflation or to a point where a certain percentage of the banks are excluded ie: the smallest twenty five percent (25%). If urban centers are to survive then there must be some incentive or requirement for the regulated institutions (BANKS) to consider projects in those areas where only the brave tread. Some compromise should be worked out
