I urge you to keep requiring smaller banks to provide evidence of community reinvestment activity. Do not let them off the hook because of their size! I have worked in banks and as Director a non-profit housing services agency and I can assure you it is vital to keep all banks involved in community development. Without the CRA holding their feet the fire, the banks will not do it on their own. We need more bank involvement in our communities, not less!
