FDIC Makes Public October Enforcement Actions
No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for December 2022

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in October 2022. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for December 2022.

The FDIC issued ten Orders in October 2022. The administrative enforcement actions in those Orders consisted of one consent order; one amended and restated consent order; one personal cease and desist order; three orders to pay civil money penalties; two Section 19 orders; and two orders terminating consent orders.
