FDIC Makes Public March Enforcement Actions
No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for May 2021

WASHINGTON – The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in March. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for May 2021.

The FDIC issued ten orders containing 12 administrative actions in March 2021. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of five Prohibition Orders, three Orders to Pay Civil Money Penalties, two Section 19 Applications, one Order to Correct Conditions, and one Order Terminating Consent Order.
