Agencies Extend Comment Period on Interagency Guidance on
Concentrations in Commercial Real Estate Lending
The federal financial regulatory agencies today extended the comment period
on the proposed guidance on Concentrations in Commercial Real Estate
Lending, Sound Risk Management Practices. Today’s action was
prompted by requests from some commenters to extend the comment period.
The comment period will
be extended for 30 days to April 13, 2006, from the previous date of
March 14, 2006.
