AGREEMENT BETWEEN GLOBAL PAYMENTS SYSTEMS LLC AND THE FEDERAL BANKING AGENCIES FOR IMMEDIATE
RELEASE PR-46-99 (8-26-99) Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation National Credit Union Administration Office of Thrift Supervision Joint Release PR-46-99August 26, 1999 For Immediate Release WASHINGTON, D.C., AUGUST 26, 1999 -- Federal banking and credit union agencies announced today the execution of an agreement with Global Payment Systems LLC, Atlanta, Georgia. The agreement addresses the Year 2000 readiness of Global's credit card-issuing services offered through its Westlake, Ohio, facility. A copy of the Agreement is attached. |
