The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in August 1996. No administrative hearings are scheduled during October.

The FDIC processed a total of 14 final orders in August. These included one cease-and-desist order, eight removal and prohibition orders, one civil money penalty, one voluntary termination of deposit insurance, one modification of cease-and-desist order and two terminations of cease-and-desist orders.
