The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation released a list of
orders of administrative enforcement action taken against banks
and individuals in February. One administrative hearing is
scheduled for April.
The FDIC processed a total of 19 final orders in February.
These included two call report penalties, five removal and
prohibition orders, one civil money penalty, two voluntary
terminations of insurance, one modification of a cease-and-desist
order, seven terminations of cease-and-desist orders and one
termination of a notice of suspension and prohibition.
