TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER SUBJECT: Cashier's Checks Obtained Under False Pretenses The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has learned that four cashier's checks were obtained under false pretenses from FNB Southeast, 202 South Main Street, Reidsville, North Carolina, between June 3, 1999, and June 16, 1999. The bank's ABA routing number is 053101341, and the cashier's check account number is 0401102.
