TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
SUBJECT: Stolen U.S. Savings Bonds

The East Windsor Township Police Department, Mercer County, New Jersey, has asked the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to alert all U.S. banks to the theft of $100,000 in U.S. Savings Bonds during a residential burglary in East Windsor Township. It is believed the suspects will attempt to redeem the bonds outside the geographical area where the burglary occurred.

The bonds are issued to Nicola Nastasi POD Nick Pinizzotto. A partial listing containing known numbers, issue dates and amounts is attached for your information. If you have any information concerning any individual attempting to redeem any of these U.S. Savings Bonds, please contact your local police department. Any questions concerning this case should be directed to Detective Sergeant Michael Pincus or Detective Joseph Gorski of the East Windsor Township Police Department at 609-448-5678.
