FDIC Kansas City Region Teleconference Call:
An Overview of Regulatory Applications and Business Combination Accounting

The FDIC’s Kansas City Region will be hosting a Regional Teleconference Call on Monday, April 15th at 10:00am (Central Time). Members of your Board and staff are invited to participate in this 90 minute call. Our topic for the teleconference will be “An Overview of Regulatory Applications and Business Combination Accounting” and the call is intended to:

  • Provide guidance on common application matters
  • Update on business combination accounting
  • Include time for questions and answers

Our speakers, comprised of FDIC staff, will provide their unique insights from an examination perspective.

The teleconference is primarily open to FDIC-supervised institutions in the Kansas City Region. Bank directors, officers, and staff members are welcome to participate. Participants may call in from any location and are not required to be onsite at their institution.

  • There is no requirement to pre-register for the call.

To allow sufficient time for all participants to properly connect, please call at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the call if possible.

Question and Answer Session
As a feature of this session, we are accepting questions via e-mail at kcconferencecall@fdic.gov. You may submit questions in advance or during the call. If you choose to submit a question via e-mail, please start the subject line with the word “Question” and include your name, bank name, and location (city and state) in the text section. You may also ask a “live” question at the conclusion of the presentation using instructions provided by the operator during the call. The question and answer session will incorporate both your submitted and live questions.
