Requesting Documents in Hard Copy
If you are unable to use Portable Document Format (PDF) or for other reasons would like this
FDIC publication in print rather than electronic format, the FDIC's Public Information
Center distributes copies of FDIC public documents from its offices at
3501 North Fairfax Drive, Room E-1002, Arlington, VA 22226.
In-print publications are free. Fees are charged for all materials that must be
photocopied ($.20 per page) or faxed ($.50 per page). Photocopy orders exceeding 5
documents or 25 pages may require additional processing time. Please call in advance
for quicker service. Most requests can be filled in less than 24 hours.

The Center is open from 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (ET) Monday - Friday. Staff also
