Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) -- Banker Version 3.0

The Banker Version of the Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) allows financial institution personnel to calculate insurance coverage of customer's accounts.

You do not have to be online to use the banker version of EDIE. Instead, you can download the software from this website or order the CD-ROM using an online order form. The CD-ROM version may be copied onto a PC hard drive or loaded onto your institution's Intranet or Network.

The EDIE-Banker Version 3.0–can be used to calculate the insurance coverage of single, certain  retirement, joint, living trust/ITF/POD, and business/organization accounts In addition, it includes the increase in coverage up to $250,000 in deposit insurance coverage for certain retirement accounts, such as Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).

The EDIE--Banker Version 3.0 includes the FDIC’s guides Insuring Your Deposits, Your Insured Deposits and The Financial Institution Employee's Guide to Deposit Insurance.
