Annual Place of Manufacture Report

As required by P.L. 109-115, Section 837, the FDIC submits its annual report on the acquisition of products made outside of the United States to the House and Senate Subcommittees on Financial Services and General Government. The Public Law also requires the report to be published here in electronic format.

1) Dollar value of any articles, materials, or supplies purchased that were manufactured outside of the United States: $1,125,012

2) There were no waivers granted with respect to such articles, materials, or supplies under the Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. 10a et seq.).

3) Summary of the total procurement funds spent on goods manufactured in the United States versus funds spent on goods manufactured outside of the United States:

Total Procurement Funds Spent on Goods: $6,192,203

Dollars and Percent Spent on Goods Manufactured in the U.S.: $5,067,191 (81.8%)

Dollars and Percent Spent on Goods Manufactured Outside the U.S.: $1,125,012 (18.2%)
