ORDER TERMINATING AN ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against HAROLD A. HOFFMAN, individually, and as president and director, and JOSEPH L. HAYES, individually, and as chairman of the board of directors, and as participants in the conduct of the affairs of Alaska Continental Bank, Anchorage, Alaska, by the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on September 12, 1989, pursuant to Section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is discontinued and terminated.
   Dated at San Francisco, California, this 13th day of September, 1994.
