ORDER SETTING ASIDE ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE

   WHEREAS, on November 19, 1991, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued an ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2), against First State Bank of Hawkins, Hawkins, Texas ("Insured Institution"), and an ORDER TO STAY EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ("ORDER TO STAY") conditioned upon the injection of capital into the Insured Institution; and
   WHEREAS, the Insured Institution is in material compliance with the conditions set forth in the ORDER TO STAY.
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TERMINATING FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE is hereby set aside and these proceedings are hereby terminated.
   Dated at Washington, D.C., this 20th day of April, 1992.
