PROCEEDING AS TO CERTAIN
RESPONDENTS

   WHEREAS, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the law firms of Christensen, White, Miller, Fink & Jacobs and Crowley & Cuneo, respondents in the abovecaptioned proceeding, have reached a settlement of the claims between them arising out of the above-captioned proceeding.
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the above-captioned proceeding initiated pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on August 10, 1990, be, and hereby is, dismissed against the law firms of Christensen, White, Miller, Fink & Jacobs and Crowley & Cuneo, respondents therein.
   Pursuant to delegated authority.
