   The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") and the State of Illinois, Office of Banks and Real Estate ("OBRE") hereby issue this ORDER TERMINATING ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST, terminating all provisions of the Order to Cease and Desist jointly entered on April 20, 2001 against the State Bank of Eldred, Eldred, Illinois ("Bank") pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), and section 48(6) of the Illinois Banking Act, 205 ILCS 5/48(6).

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Order to Cease and Desist entered against the Bank on April 20, 2001 be, and hereby is, terminated.

   Pursuant to delegated authority.
