ORDER TERMINATING THE ORDERTO CEASE AND DESIST

   On January 22, 1988, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") issued an Order to Cease and Desist ("ORDER") against Grafton State Bank, Grafton, Wisconsin ("Bank") and Ralph L. Zaun, individually. On June 28, 1991 the FDIC terminated the ORDER with respect to the Bank. The ORDER remained in effect against Ralph L. Zaun.

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER issued against Ralph L. Zaun, individually, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on January 22, 1988, be, and hereby is, terminated.

   Pursuant to delegated authority.
