   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PROHIBIT FROM FURTHER PARTICIPATION ("NOTICE") issued by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the above-captioned action on May 18, 1994, pursuant to section 8(e) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(e), be, and hereby is, withdrawn; and that the proceeding initiated by {{12-31-94 p.TC-294}}the issuance of said NOTICE be, and hereby is, terminated.
