IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceedings initiated on October 20, 1992, against The Winters State Bank, Winters, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the above captioned matter, pursuant to section 8(a)(2) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2), be, and hereby are terminated.
