IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the termination of insurance proceedings initiated on or about March 2, 1993, against Pavillion Bank, Dallas, Texas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the above captioned action, pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby are, TERMINATED.
