IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTIFICATION TO PRIMARY REGULATOR OF FINDINGS issued on September 25, 1990, against Savings Association, Ottawa, Kansas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(a)(2)(A) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a)(2)(A), be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
