   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that this administrative proceeding initiated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation against Daniel L. Bakst, Donald P. Crivellone, Edward M. Eissey, Glenn C. Fetter, John W. Gary III, E. Joseph Kendall, Jr., William W. Landa, Robert M. Montgomery, Jr., and Donald H. Reed, Jr. (collectively, the "Named Respondents"), pursuant to section 8(e) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(e), by a Notice of Intention to Prohibit From Further Participation dated December 10, 1990, be, and hereby is, dismissed as to the Named Respondents without prejudice.
