ORDER TERMINATING SECTION 8(b) PROCEEDING & SECTION 8(c) ORDER AS TO LEONARD C. MISENOR ONLY
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the pending action against Richard D. Donohoo, Craig R. Mathies, Leonard C. Misenor, Bruce A. Rasmussen, Cheryl C. Godbout-Bandal, Wayne Field, Bruce A. Rasmussen & Associates, Ltd., Lindquist & Vennum, and Capital Bank, St. Paul, Minnesota (collectively referred to as the "Respondents"), initiated by the Board of Directors ("Board") of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") on September 9, 1992, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated as to Respondent Misenor only.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Temporary Order to Cease and Desist issued against the Respondents by the Board of the FDIC on September 9, 1992, pursuant to section 8(c) of the Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(c), be, and hereby is, terminated as to Respondent Misenor only.
