IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the NOTICE OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING issued pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on December 4, 1991, against the Wright County State Bank, Monticello, Minnesota, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation pursuant to delegated authority, be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
