TO CEASE AND DESIST
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against Paul C. Hufnagle ("Individual Respondent"), individually, and Franklin State Bank, Franklin, Minnesota ("Bank"), pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on January 4, 1991, be, and hereby is, terminated as to the Bank only. All provisions of said ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST of January 4, 1991, shall continue and remain in full force and effect as to the Individual Respondent.
