IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued on December 23, 1986, and MODIFICATION OF ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued on June 16, 1987, against The Farmers and Merchants State Bank of Argonia, Argonia, Kansas, by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), be, and hereby is, terminated.
