IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the administrative proceeding pending against Placer Bank of Commerce, Roseville, California ("Bank"), initiated by the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") on November 5, 1991, pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act ("Act"), 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby is, withdrawn.
