   WHEREAS, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Howard Hamilton, Marlene Havens, Arthur LaBrie, Estate of Gordon H. Ochenrider, W.E. Schreiber, Clyde Smith, George H. Stacey, Ben C. Tempel, James Trout and Mountain Bank, Whitefish, Montana, the respondents in the above-captioned proceeding, have reached {{4-30-92 p.TC-114}}a settlement of the claims between them arising out of the above-captioned proceeding.
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the above-captioned proceeding initiated pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(b), on August 29, 1991, be, and hereby is, dismissed against Howard Hamilton, Marlene Havens, Arthur LaBrie, Estate of Gordon H. Ochenrider, W.E. Schreiber, Clyde Smith, George H. Stacey, Ben C. Tempel, James Trout and Mountain Bank, Whitefish, Montana, respondents herein.
