ORDER TERMINATING
SECTION 8(a) PROCEEDINGS

   WHEREAS, on or about February 6, 1991, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued a Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Status, Findings of Fact, and Order Setting Hearing against Union State Bank, Carrizo Springs, Texas ("Insured Institution"), pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a); and
   WHEREAS, on or about October 30, 1991, the Insured Institution Part 325 Tier 1 capital was increased by $600,000.
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the said proceedings to terminate the deposit insurance of the Insured Institution be, and hereby are, TERMINATED.
   Dated at Washington, D.C., this 31st day of January, 1992.
