ORDER TERMINATING
SECTION 8(a) PROCEEDINGS

   WHEREAS, on or about May 21, 1990, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC") issued a Notice of Intention to Terminate Insured Status, Findings of Fact, and Order Setting Hearing against Chickasha Bank & Trust Company, Chickasha, Oklahoma ("Insured Institution"), pursuant to section 8(a) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a); and
   WHEREAS, on or about October 25, 1991, the Insured Institution increased its capital by $1,001,000 in the form of new investor funds, raising its Part 325 Tier capital ratio to 3.57 percent pursuant to a Settlement Agreement with the FDIC.
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the said termination of insurance proceedings initiated by the FDIC against the Insured Institution be, and hereby are, terminated.
   Dated at Washington, D.C., this 31st day of January, 1992.
