ORDER OF DISMISSAL

   WHEREAS, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation instituted the abovecaptioned proceeding against Respondent Joseph G. Holwerda, among others, by issuing a Notice of Assessment of Civil Money Penalties, Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, Order to Pay, and Notice of Hearing ("Notice") on January 22, 1991; and
   WHEREAS, Respondent Joseph G. Holwerda died on December 3, 1989 (copy of death certificate attached), which was prior to the issuance of the Notice.
   NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that Respondent Joseph G. Holwerda be, and hereby is, dismissed as a respondent in these proceedings.
   Dated at Washington, D.C., this 11th of September, 1991.
