IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST issued against First Acadiana Bank, Eunice, Louisiana, pursuant to section 8(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. §1818(b), amended by section 902(a)(1) of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989, Pub. L. No. 101-73 §902(a)(1), 103 Stat. 183, 450-51 (1989) (to be codified at 12 U.S.C. §1818(b)), on October 12, 1989, be, and hereby is, terminated.
